Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi is an actress from India and model, who was born on April 10 on the 10th of April, 1986. Her most prominent roles have been in films that are primarily Hindi-language. Ayesha Azmi was awarded the Filmfare Best Debut Award 2004 for her role as the lead of the title role in Taarzan The Wonder Car. This was also her acting debut. The actress then appeared in popular movies including Paathshaala (2010) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007) and Socha Na Tha (2010). The first commercial she starred in was Complan, a well-known beverage that promotes health. She appeared in their iconic commercial "I'm a Complan boy. I'm a Complan girl alongside Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor. The remix track Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin also was a tribute to her. Her popularity grew because of the success of the remixes of India. Soon after, she began receiving Bollywood film deals. Takia was late in the release of Taarzan The Wonder Car, which had been planned to be released to be a part of Socha Na Tha. However issues with production made it difficult to release the film. In the event that she criticised her father-in-law politician Samajwadi Party MLA Abu Azmi's position on the punishment of rape victims as well Ayesha displayed her moral courage.
